In many ways, we’re living in the golden age of data. Not only is the technology that fuels data science rapidly evolving, but organizations are becoming increasingly adept at using data in new and creative ways. There’s just one thing standing in the way: a scarcity of qualified data talent.

Rather than a lack of technology, vision, leadership buy-in or even budget, the uncertainty surrounding data talent has emerged as a top barrier to AI and advanced analytics adoption. While it’s become clear that organizations must rethink how they approach their data, AI and analytics, the question is how?

How are you reimagining your AI, data and analytics workforce? We want to know?

With that in mind, we at the AI, Data and Analytics Network are launching a new survey to uncover:

  • The current state of the data science teams in terms of size and structure
  • The new, innovative ways organizations are working to close the data talent gap
  • Which data skills are in the highest demand
  • The top challenges data leaders are confronting as they attempt to reimagine their teams for an AI-driven futute

Take part in the conversation and share your perspective by participating in our 5-minute AI, Data and Analytics workplace survey. The results of the survey, which is anonymous, will be used to create a new, in-depth report later this year.
