Pratyush Sinha is Senior Director of Responsible AI at Decathlon, where he works on implementing AI solutions across the company's retail operations. With 20 years of experience in retail technology, he focuses on AI-driven product discovery and search systems. Before joining Decathlon, Pratyush worked at IKEA where he built recommendation systems, and at Ahold Delhaize where he developed demand forecasting and search solutions. His current work involves developing responsible AI implementations, retail technology systems, and search engines that adapt to both business requirements and customer needs. He emphasizes building AI solutions that are transparent and aligned with ethical standards.
